All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of S-Rank or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Open Source

Some of our products are released under open-source licenses, such as Pageforge under the MIT license. Your use of those products is governed by the applicable license.

Confidentiality

S-Rank maintains strict confidentiality regarding the information you share with us. We do not disclose confidential information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees and Payment

Some of our products are paid. Where a product charges fees, the price, billing cycle, and refund terms are stated where you subscribe or purchase, or in that product's own terms. Unless stated otherwise, fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), and S-Rank may suspend access to a paid product for overdue accounts.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law:

• S-Rank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our website or products shall not exceed the fees paid by you, if any, for the product giving rise to the claim
• We do not guarantee that our website or products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your requirements

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

Warranties

Our website and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

S-Rank may suspend or terminate your access to a product if you breach these Terms or the product's own terms, or for any lawful reason. You may stop using our website and products at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Force Majeure

S-Rank shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, power failures, or internet disruptions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our products shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia for the resolution of any disputes not subject to arbitration.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

Amendments

S-Rank reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our website or products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable product terms and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and S-Rank regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
